ll our grapes are picked at the peak of their maturity. Seven hectares of our vineyards are  harvested manually to produce the Cuvée Grand Millésime. The rest are harvested by machine and taken to a sorting table, where only the best of the crop are retained.

Vinified with great care, matured in barrels of French oak for 12 to 18 months in our 17th-century winery, these grapes ensure that we can offer you our wines at their very best.
